Weather has kicked up. 30mph wind straight down the loch lochy. We are camped just near Clunes on a little spit.
Our guide has advised that we wait until or when the wind eases off as our next target is the north easterly mouth of the loch, which is funnel shaped and there will be a proper surf there, which might be dodgy. Toby is reading his book sitting on the beach and jasper and I are reading 'intelligent life' magazine in the tent.
